These catheters are linked with devices controlled by the computer, and during the study, pressure changes, fluid given, first urge to urinate, under which pressures urine is leaked and spontaneous contractions, if any, are recorded and taken as a printout.
The physician can determine whether the patient’s bladder has spontaneous contraction by reviewing the urodynamic study.
